Oases pricing covers all the standard features of Oases, but there are some optional extras you may be interested in that are subject to additional fees.
Achieve Tests are $13.00 per student for a pre and post test pack.
The $13.00 is added to your pending invoice as soon as the pre-test is added to the student. When the post-test is added there are no additional fees. There is no partial refund if the post-test is not taken.
Should you wish to administer a second pre-test as an interim test the charge is $5.00 per interim test.
Credit Card Processing
Linking an affiliated Authorize.Net payment gateway profile to your Oases database will attract no fees from Oases.
Linking a Stripe account, or a non-affiliated Authorize.net account will attract a 0.25% transaction fee.
Should you choose to activate SMS Texting from Oases, phone charges will apply.
Learning Plans and Progress Reports may be produced with Spanish Translation. In addition to the one-off programming fees below, a monthly Google Translate fee will also apply
We can perform routine set up items such as data entry, imports, webform creation as part of our Concierge Service should you be pressed for time.
Should you require additional training during set up or lose a key member of personnel additional training may be purchased at $50.00 per hour.
Oases offers various levels of custom programming.
All programming requests are subject to a $95.00 quote deposit. If you move forward with the work the deposit is applied to the price of your project.
Charges start at $25.00 for simple documents should you wish to load a custom Invoice, Statement, Learning Plan, Progress Report or Contract to be produced by Oases.
$95.00 per hour for compiling Scope of Work, Specification and Production. Subject to Quote Deposit.
