We offer a full range of training and support options for Oases users. In addition to online set up and training, we provide services through the Oases Help Center. 


During your initial training, our staff will ask you questions about your operation to ensure that Oases is optimized for you.


For Oases training we provide:

  • FREE training on sign up.
  • Online Video Tutorials.
  • Written Tutorials in the Help Center.


To support your Oases operation we provide various support tools and services:

  • Initial personal support when you sign-up up for Oases.
  • The Oases FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Knowledge Base.
  • Unlimited ticket support through the Support Ticket System for your admins to ask questions, request additional training and log and report any system issues.


We offer a paid Concierge Service for additional training, personalized support, import assistance and scenario problem solving or advice.


We are always happy to hear your ideas on how we can improve the Oases system. If the feature requested is of general use to the Oases community then we’ll schedule it in our development plans and it’ll be added to a future release of the system. If you’d like the feature added quickly or it’s very specific (or even if you’d like it to be exclusive) to your operation then you can request a quote to develop the specific improvement.
