Configuration

During your initial Oases setup assistance session, our training and support specialist will ask you questions about your operation. Therefore, any complicated contracts are optimized for your program.

But you don’t have to have a session! If you prefer to ‘explore and do’, Oases is ready to roll.

  • Online Video Tutorials.
  • Written Tutorials in the Help Center.
  • Instant help pop-ups around the system.

Therefore, you can always find the help you need.

Concierge

Are you short on time or staff? Most importantly, we offer a Concierge Service for additional personalized help, import assistance and scenario problem solving.

For example, Concierge doesn’t just cover Oases training. That is to say you can use it for building custom reports, webforms and Marketplace.

If the feature requested is of general use to the Oases community then we’ll schedule it in our development plans. Then it’ll be added to a future release of the system.

However, if you’d like the feature added quickly or it’s very specific then you can request a quote to develop the specific improvement.
