1. eChecks

It is now possible to run eChecks through oaSES for private customers using your linked authorize.net account. If you would like to run eChecks you will need to set up an authorize.net account and link it to your oaSES database. Please follow this link get authorize.net for oaSES to set up your account. There are instructions in the Knowledge Base in the Private Tutoring category to set up and test your account link.

2. Stored Credit Cards & eCheck details

It is now possible to store your credit card numbers and eCheck details for your authorize.net transactions so you don’t have to enter the numbers manually each time you wish to run a payment. The details are entered in your oaSES bill to party record but are stored by authorize.net with full PCI data security standard compliance. Once the details are stored you will select the card to bill from the customer’s record featuring only the last 4 digits of the number. 3. Customer Training

We have made a lot of changes to oaSES over the past year and intend to continually upgrade and add functions as required by the changing landscape of tutoring and the customer service our customers give to their clients. We realize that it is sometimes hard to keep up with the changes or to know everything that is available in the oaSES system. Therefore, at no additional charge we will be increasing the training available to administrators of the oaSES system to ensure you get the most from the system.

From today you may request and receive six hours training per calendar year (5 hours for the remainder of 2013) The time may be broken down into sessions of 30 minutes to be used as and when the need arises. Please request training through the support ticket system. Training is for administrators only and as usual will be conducted online using the WebEx meeting system.
