1. Session Documents
It is now possible to load documents to a session allowing, for example, a tutor to upload a sign in sheet at the end of the session. The number of documents saved to a session will now appear under the ‘D’ column in the session grid. It is also possible to print all session documents in bulk from the sessions grid using the new ‘actions’ drop down on the right hand side. Please see tutorials in the knowledge base for additional instructions.
Please give tutors detailed instructions of the documents that should be uploaded to the session. You may still require student test papers to be uploaded to the student’s document page for ease of location.
2. Session Reimbursements
It is now possible for the tutor on a session to claim expense reimbursements through the main session screen. There is a small reimbursement box top right of the session screen area. This does NOT feed to payroll but to the Staff Sessions Report, allowing you to export and calculate a total to be entered into the ‘other’ field when payroll is run.
3. Session Reminder Email Personalization
It is now possible to change and personalize the text of the session reminder emails that go to tutors and students or both. Please go to SETUP then TEMPLATES then session reminder emails. If you do not have session reminder emails activated and would like to switch on this great feature please submit a ticket.
