Because our product is web based, there is no expensive software to purchase and install. Logging into the system is as easy as going to a web page and entering a username and password.
All staff can use the system simultaneously and everyone has access to the latest, up to date information relevant to their role. When adding staff members, you decide what each staff member can see and do based on 4 permission levels: Administrator, Coordinator, Lead Teach, and finally Tutor. As the permission level goes down, the staff member has a more restricted view of company data.
The oaSES Online application (Software as a Service, or SAAS) is held in SAS 70 Type II Certified secure hosting facilities with multiple points of presence in seven separate cities in the US. This ensures your data is both secure and available at all times. System upgrades and maintenance releases are invisibly applied behind the scenes on a routine basis with no downtime and no data loss. There are daily, weekly, and monthly back-up routines that are run to ensure that your data is never lost.
